We am striving to raise $250 to help us get some additional books, so that all students may take a checked out book home every week. The students will then bring the book back and select another book to take home. The goal is to get every child to want to take their library book home and read it with someone at their house to show them how important reading is. You may bring in $0.25 to $100.00 into the elementary library and place it in our donations jar.. Anything will be appreciated. By doing this, we are entered for a chance to win a contest that Dav Pilkey is sponsoring, in which we could win $2,000 for our library. Dav Pilkey is the author of all the Dog Man and Captain Underpants books plus many more. The site below also is a place that you can submit a donation. The deadline is next Friday, December 12th.
