CLB High School

Personal Bags, Backpacks, Purses, and Blankets

To maintain a safe, organized, and focused learning environment, all students are required to store their bags, backpacks, purses, blankets, and other similar personal items in their assigned lockers during the school day.

Storage Requirement: Bags, backpacks, purses, blankets, tote bags, gym bags, and similar personal belongings must be kept in lockers throughout the school day. These items may not be carried from class to class, stored in classrooms, or left in hallways or other common areas.

Locker Access: Students may access their lockers before school, after school, and during passing times between classes. This expectation applies throughout the school day, including lunch and study periods, unless a staff member or building administrator grants permission otherwise.

Classroom Materials: Students are expected to bring the books, notebooks, writing materials, and other supplies needed for each class. Students should use passing times to retrieve materials from their lockers and prepare for their next class.

Exceptions: Exceptions may be approved by building administration for documented medical needs, disability-related accommodations, or other circumstances determined by administration.

Compliance: Students are expected to follow staff directions regarding the storage of personal belongings. Failure to comply with this expectation may result in disciplinary consequences consistent with the Student Handbook and district policy.
