On May 10th, the Indian Education Department hosted the annual Senior Feast at the Cass Lake-Bena High School where 37 seniors and their families gathered to share a meal, receive parting gifts from the Indian Ed. Dept., and be granted scholarships along with other prizes. At this event, $23,650 of local scholarship money was awarded to seniors who applied for the scholarships.  Along with the scholarships, there were several laptops, gift cards, and other fun prizes given away purchased with the Higher Pathways Grant from the American Indian College Fund. It was a great night had by all!
