Safe Sitter Babysitter Certification training is able to accept up to 25 students ages 11-18 on December 21, 2024 from 9am-2pm at the CL-B Elementary School cafeteria.
Parents/guardians must present to fill out paperwork for their child(ren), but it will take less than 10 minutes to complete.
The training will include Child & Babysitting Safety First Aid and CPR.
Each student who completes the training will receive a certificate of completion.
No need to register just show up ready to learn and have fun.
Training is provided by Life Signs Plus of Bemidji.
All required materials will be provided by CLB 21stCCLC.

The fall Sports Banquet will still be held tonight at the HS at 5:30 pm!

Fall Feast was on November 26th and we had lots of students assisting and preparing food. Murial Crawford and Mike Schmid spoke about how Fall Feast was initiated here at Cass Lake Bena many years. School Board member Jamie Mitchell and the DRM fried fish and made deer roast. Lots of students participated and tried many of the foods. Parents are welcome to the Annual Fall Feast event here at CLB.

Saturday Night Live on December 07, 2024 will bring a variety of presenters, informational booths, and craft stations.
Everyone who signs in will have an opportunity to create a Blessing Bag for out unsheltered relatives.
Emmy will provide hands on instruction on how to decorate cupcakes.
Clearly Quartz will present on the healing effects of stones and crystals.
Beading station
There will be stations to do diamond dots, holiday decorations, make your own playdoh, Ojibwe game tables of UNO, Go Fish and Cribbage (with cheat sheets)
Parents and families please plan to attend with your child(ren)/student(s).
Open Gym will be 7:30-9pm
Food will be served at 6-7pm

Hello I would like to remind everyone that there will be turkey Bingo on Friday November 22 here at the High School Commons Area from 5-7 PM. Hot dogs and chips will be served by our favorite Police Department. We will have 12 Regular Bingo's each bingo will consist of a Turkey meal. One meal winner per family, open from Elementary to High School of course you have have to have a student attending CLB. Happy Fall Feast Day to all and hope to see you there! Miigwech

Hello - We will be starting up drum and dance for the Elementary students starting Monday December 2, 2024! When 305-430PM please reach out to the Elementary Office for permission slips. We will have a Drum section and a Dance section, both are separate leaning events taught by two different people, they can be at one or the other for the day.
