This is a reminder that the open house at Cass Lake-Bena Schools is tomorrow, Tuesday, September 3. Elementary hours are from 12:00 - 6:00 p.m. Middle School, High School and ALC hours are from 10:00 - 6:00. We can’t wait to reconnect with you!

Attention CLB Elementary School Families: An HVAC malfunction has resulted in the need to do additional, last-minute deep cleaning in several elementary classrooms. This has resulted in staff not being able to get their rooms set up as they usually do. In order to allow staff a little time to get things in order, the elementary open house will start at 12:00 noon on Tuesday, September 3. All other buildings' open house activities will commence at 10:00 as posted. Thank you for your understanding!

We realize we were supposed to begin our Grant Advisory meetings on the 3rd Tuesday of the month, however, we are pushing our first meeting to next Tuesday, August 27, 2024. We will resume on the 3rd Tuesday beginning in September. Miigwech for your patience and hope to see you next week!

Groups are filling up fast so get your student signed up! We are going to have a fall football and volleyball season. The schedule is still getting created and I hope to get it solidified by August so in September we can start practices up for the students. We are going to have a jam pack schedule for the students because we wanted to make the season longer. Please make sure you email is correct because we will keep parents updated! Here is the outline for teams: VB/FB are open to members of the community/students who go to Cass Lake-Bena Both VB/FB are open to both genders The teams are based on the grade students are currently in. Even if your student is in VB/FB now we need them to register for fall. Practices will be held later in the day more than likely 5pm-7pm. Here is what I need right now. So here are the updates for K-6th Football!
1. If your child is a 6th grader they can still participate in JH and youth sports.
2. All practices will be held at the HS Football Fields from 5pm-7pm.
3. Practices will start on Sept 9th and the season will end on Oct 16th.
4. Games will be held on Saturdays. 5th-6th grade will have games we just don't have a schedule yet.
5. Practices will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays.
