Students raised Rainbow Trout in Mr. Bents' sixth grade room this year. They placed them carefully in coolers and brought them to Clearwater river. They also learned what trout eat, such as macroinvertebrates. Did you know that rivers flow in different directions? They learned about that too and finally, they released the trout into the Clearwater river one by one.

Last Friday the youth sports kickoff was a success! We had around 120 parents and students at the event! It was a lot of fun and this event will be a yearly celebration!

Hello Everyone - CLB has "Why Treaties Matter" displayed in our commons area through Wednesday of this week. Everyone is welcome to come and visit. Thank you goes out to one of our AIPAC members Mr. Levi Brown for bringing the display to CLB.

Parents! I know today we are excited for the 2pm baseball with Bagley! But today we have a class on the track running the mile! So please do not drive on the track! We also will have kids around at the fields so be cautious of students.

SB V/JH game CLB @ Fertile-Beltrami is cancelled. Due to weather and low numbers.

Just a reminder! It will be important you be there! Parents of kids in youth sports we are having a picnic! On May 17th from 6pm-7pm we are hosting a meal provided by the MN Nice Cafe. The meal will be pulled pork and chips. This will be a opportunity to ask questions about youth sports and get more info about the upcoming summer! Also the last chance to get your kids signed-up for youth sports. We will also have prizes for the students in youth sports.
